PAYMENT
When you make a purchase from us on this website, we use Squarespace Payments as our payment solution. Squarespace Payments is a fully integrated, native payment solution provided to us by our online store service provider Squarespace. REMAKES, REFUNDS
If there is an error in or shipping damage to your order, you have 7 days upon receipt of your purchase to apply for a remake or refund. Please email me at lee@leelipscomb.com with your issue. In your email, please provide an order number as well as a photo clearly showing the error or damage for our review. Let us know if you prefer a remake or a refund. Remake orders will be shipped in the same method and delivery time as the original order. Refunds will be made if you are not wanting a remake. Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
 
Please note, that physical sales made in galleries or exhibitions are final and cannot be returned.

DELIVERY TIME
Please allow up to 10 working days for processing orders before shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. All orders are insured. They are tracked, and will not require a signature. You may prefer to choose a delivery address where you know someone will be available to accept the delivery versus having the order left at your front door.

CANCELLATIONS
Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact us at lee@leelipscomb.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Every effort will be made to fulfill every order as specified in the policy, but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond the control of Lee Lipscomb Designs. Lee Lipscomb Designs reserves the right to cancel any orders for any reason, refunding the customer for the full amount immediately.
